IV. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Your data is primarily stored and processed in the United States. For users outside the U.S., we ensure that data transfers are protected by recognized legal safeguards, such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF) and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

Upon account deletion:
- All direct personal identifiers (email, username, profile data) are immediately and permanently deleted.
- Gameplay data (keystrokes, scores) is irreversibly anonymized and retained only for leaderboards, replay archives, integrity, and machine learning purposes – it can never be linked back to you.
California, EEA, UK, and other applicable residents: we honor all statutory rights, including the right to opt-out of any “sale” or “sharing” (we do not engage in either as defined under applicable law).
VII. SECURITY
We protect your data with industry-standard measures including secure hashing, encryption in transit and at rest, and regular security reviews. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
VIII. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
The TypeGG platform is intended for users 13 years of age or older (the global minimum age of digital consent). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover such data has been collected, we will delete it immediately.
IX. UPDATES AND REVISIONS
We may update this Notice from time to time. The “Last Modified” date at the top will be updated, and material changes will be announced on the platform or via email.
