Patients were mobilized the day after surgery. One patient worsened his neurological condition postoperatively as he suffered from a transient worsening of his motor deficit. Nevertheless, the postoperative course was favorable, as the neurological examination improved at discharge. No other complication was reported. The mean length of hospital stay was 3.1 days (range 2 to 6 days) and all patients were discharged at home. Histological analysis confirmed the diagnosis of grade 1 schwannoma in all patients. Simple monitoring was decided for all patients, given the benign nature of the tumor and the total resection achieved.🏁
